What's involved – This position is the professional lead for all Support Service Staff to enable a professional and quality service is delivered to staff and clients of the Central West Hospital and Health Service. Support Services incorporates, catering, cleaning, wards person services, mortuary, waste management, laundry, and grounds services. The position ensures that appropriate reporting systems, policies, procedures, training programs, quality activities and other systems to facilitate effective budgetary, financial, and human resources are available within Support Services.
As a Central West Health employee, you will be well remunerated up to $10,173 per month. Your benefits include generous employer superannuation contribution up to 12.75%; salary packaging to increase your take home pay; 17.5% annual leave loading; career development opportunities; housing or rental assistance.

About Central West Hospital and Health Service - We are responsible for the delivery of healthcare services to communities across a vast region to 20.6 per cent of Queensland. As a rural and remote hospital and health service, Central West HHS provides a range of community, primary and hospital-based services and has formed strong partnerships with other service providers to collectively support the holistic care to the people of the Central West.
