What's involved – Provide a high standard of administrative support and customer service to the varied areas of Dental Services in the CWHHS. This role should be able to function as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team demonstrating an ability to prioritise workloads according to deadlines and complete duties allocated by the Principal Dentist and Program Support Manager to achieve the requirements of the department. This position is accountable for promoting good public relations with the general community and should be able to work both autonomously and as a team member as required. This position requires a high level of customer service, demonstrating understanding, empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
