What's involved – Provide a broad range of high quality contemporary clinical pharmacy services including tele-pharmacy within the Central West Hospital and Health Service (CWHHS). This position functions with a degree of independence providing clinical intervention and support, workflow organisation, service developments and quality improvement across CWHHS facilities.
