What's involved – The Nurse Manager Business Planning Framework (BPF) plays a critical role in ensuring the effective allocation and management of nursing and midwifery resources within Central West Health (CWH). This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring workforce planning practices, processes, and tools that align with industrial key performance indicators (KPIs) and CWH priorities.
As a key leader in workforce optimisation, the Nurse Manager (BPF) ensures nursing and midwifery services are appropriately resourced to meet patient care demands. This includes overseeing workforce modelling, analysing service requirements, and providing strategic advice to support sustainable, safe, and efficient workforce planning.
