What's involved – The purpose of this role is to maintain the grounds and gardens of the facility, and other Queensland Health properties as directed by the Rural Cook Supervisor and ensure all tools and equipment required for the grounds person position is maintained to the required safety standards.

You will be required to undertake all cleaning duties in all areas of the Hospital and associated facilities to infection control standards, assist in the preparation and serving of meals to patients & staff. You will be required to assist in the preparation, loading and unloading and transportation of laundry as part of an outreach service if required and to undertake waste collection and disposal in line with current waste management practices and guidelines
