What your day will look like….
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of developing and enhancing clinical education programs for students and new graduates within the Darling Downs and South West Hospital and Health Services. Your day will involve collaborating with clinical teams and university partners to create engaging, safe, and high-quality learning environments. You'll provide guidance, supervision, and mentorship to new graduates, ensuring that both their professional and personal growth are supported. Additionally, you'll coordinate the monitoring and reporting of education activities, contribute to policy and practice improvements, and lead initiatives that enhance the quality of training programs. Your expertise will help shape the next generation of psychologists, ensuring they receive the guidance and education they need to thrive.
