What your day will look like….
In this role, you'll be at the heart of patient care—consulting with individuals and families, leading multidisciplinary discussions, and shaping care plans that reflect both clinical excellence and community needs. You'll move fluidly between hands-on clinical work, mentoring junior staff, and engaging in meaningful conversations with colleagues across the Southern Cluster. Whether you're reviewing patient outcomes, contributing to quality improvement initiatives, or participating in peer audits, your day will be rich with variety and purpose. You'll also have the opportunity to support education and training, ensuring the next generation of rural health professionals thrives. Every interaction you have will help strengthen the health and wellbeing of the community you serve.
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $376,449 (L27) comprising salary rates between $276,328 (L13) and $376,449 (L27), p.a. motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., regional attraction allowance, professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements. Superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be applied additionally to the total remuneration value.
