What your day will look like….
Your day will be filled with a mix of leadership, coordination, and continuous improvement. You'll provide guidance to the Roster Support Officer team, monitor workloads, and ensure compliance with standardised work practices. You'll also collaborate with key stakeholders to maintain data quality, deliver training, and identify opportunities for system and process improvements, all while fostering a culture that aligns with Darling Downs Health values and promotes a safe, ethical, and inclusive workplace.
