What your day will look like….
You'll lead a dedicated rural health team, delivering high-quality care to inpatients, outpatients, and emergency cases. Your role will balance hands-on clinical work with mentoring, collaboration, and continuous improvement of care processes. Each day brings meaningful variety, from guiding junior staff to shaping better health outcomes for the Tara community.
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $393,021 (L27) comprising salary rates between $292,899 (L13) and $393,021 (L27), p.a. motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., regional attraction allowance, professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements. Superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be applied additionally to the total remuneration value.
