What your day will look like….
You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, using your expertise to deliver evidence-based social work interventions and advocate for individuals navigating complex mental health challenges. From working closely with clients and their families to supporting colleagues through education, supervision, or input into service improvements, your role will be dynamic and impactful. You'll consult with stakeholders, contribute to case planning, and ensure clients are supported in line with the Mental Health Act and ethical frameworks. Every interaction you have will help shape better health outcomes and empower people in their recovery journey.
