What your day will look like….
You'll be hands-on in delivering delegated nursing care, collaborating with Registered Nurses and the broader healthcare team to support patients' health and wellbeing. Your day will involve engaging with patients, contributing to care planning, and using your clinical judgment to monitor and report on patient progress. You'll participate in team discussions, support new staff, and stay up to date with best practices through ongoing learning. Whether you're helping to streamline patient flow or contributing to quality improvement initiatives, your role will be vital in creating a safe, respectful, and culturally sensitive care environment.
