What your day will look like….
You'll begin by reviewing new referrals, applying your advanced clinical judgement to triage and prioritise cases based on established criteria. Throughout the day, you'll engage with families, offering guidance and clarity to help them make informed health decisions. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—sharing insights, coordinating care plans, and ensuring seamless communication across services. You'll also contribute to health promotion initiatives, develop educational resources, and support quality improvement activities. Whether mentoring junior staff or refining clinical protocols, your work will be grounded in compassion, evidence-based practice, and a commitment to excellence. Every interaction you have will help shape a healthier future for children in our community.
