What your day will look like….
You'll be a trusted leader within the oral health team—mentoring dental assistants, ensuring infection control standards are upheld, and supporting clinicians in delivering patient-centred care. Your day will involve coordinating service delivery, managing stock systems, guiding staff through the safe use of equipment, and contributing to decision-making across clinical and operational levels. With a strong focus on teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and professional environment where both patients and staff thrive.
