What your day will look like….
Your day flows with intention and creativity. You'll design and guide activity programs that reflect the interests and needs of each resident, from art and music to movement and meaningful social engagement. You'll work closely with nursing staff, support volunteers and interact with local organisations to build inclusive experiences that foster belonging and mental wellness. Behind the scenes, you'll evaluate outcomes, contribute to care planning and ensure safety, while always keeping your focus on joy, dignity and personal growth.
