What your day will look like….
In this role, you'll be part of a dedicated aged care team, providing delegated nursing care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. You'll contribute to assessments and care planning, monitor health and functional changes, and ensure care aligns with the Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC framework. Your work will involve using clinical systems to document care, identifying risks, and supporting continuous improvement for safer outcomes. You'll also mentor junior staff, participate in education sessions, and help bridge policy and practice through evidence-based care. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, promote independence, and enhance the quality of life for those in your care.
