The Role + You
As Director ICT Services at Darling Downs Health, you'll lead the delivery of strategic digital initiatives and locally supported technology solutions across our diverse regional health service. You bring expert technical knowledge and a deep commitment to building relationships, driving innovation and delivering outcomes. You enjoy partnering with executive teams and state-wide agencies, leading high-performing teams, and using technology to solve complex problems in meaningful ways.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in leading ICT strategy and service delivery at scale
- Expertise in cyber security, enterprise ICT systems and digital transformation
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence strategic direction
- A tertiary qualification in ICT or a related field (or equivalent experience)
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience leading ICT in a health, regional or government setting and/or additional qualifications in digital leadership, change, or health informatics.
Above all, you'll bring the values we live by at Darling Downs Health: compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation, and courage.
