What your day will look like….

You'll work closely with individuals and their families, providing comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment, and support tailored to each person's needs. Your role will see you leading clinical decision-making within a skilled team, guiding service improvements, and fostering an environment of collaboration and learning. Beyond direct care, you'll engage with community partners, contribute to education and training, and stay ahead of emerging trends in addiction medicine. Each day, your knowledge and compassion will help create safer, healthier pathways for people navigating alcohol and drug-related challenges.

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value from $184,257 (L18) up to $230,175 (L27) comprising salary rates between $100.78 (L18) and $127.77 p.h. (L27), motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., regional attraction allowance, professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements. Superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be applied additionally to the total remuneration value.
