What your day will look like….
Your work will centre on people, listening deeply, responding with empathy, and tailoring care to the individual. You'll assess and support adults with complex mental health needs, collaborate with families and carers, and provide outreach to local services and agencies. You'll be trusted to make clinical decisions, contribute to service improvements, and mentor others with integrity and respect. You'll be encouraged to ask questions, share ideas, and embrace new ways of working. Every interaction is an opportunity to show courage, foster dignity, and deliver care that truly matters.
