You will lead and manage / support the successful delivery of individual projects in relation to digitising statewide healthcare (ieMR and other digital applications) on time, on budget and to scope.
What you'll do
• Initiate and sustain engagement with clinical networks and key stakeholders across various disciplines to deliver successful outcomes through effective consultation, negotiation, issues resolution, and influence change
• Utilise sharp problem-solving, analytical and innovation skills to evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, recommend and implement solutions
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including the identification and documentation of current (‘As Is') and future state (‘To Be') business processes, business requirements and scoping studies
• Assist in the formulation, implementation and evaluation of standardised workflow practices
• Create and present high-quality reports, submissions, plans and consultative documents on a broad range of complex system issues
• Actively participate in the delivery of innovative, quality improvement initiatives and business as usual activities
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Proven high level oral and written communication skills and a high-level ability to apply contemporary analytical leadership principles to develop and maintain effective relationships within both the OCCIO team and with external stakeholders.
• High level knowledge and application of, appropriate business analysis frameworks, and an ability to promote and provide advice on use of appropriate techniques, methodologies and tools.
• Proven high level negotiation, consultation, facilitation and effective written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and an ability to work unsupervised whilst coordinating multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities
