You will follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services, and workplaces.
What you'll do
• Organise administrative aspects of the office by providing services for meetings and appointments and human resources.
• Coordination and administrative support to the Digital Health Solutions team including support to leadership.
• Support and coordination of communications and engagement activities associated with the innovation and business enhancement work program.
• Support and assist departmental staff with ad-hoc queries that relate to business enhancement activities.
• Assist with information gathering to apply changes to the domain and project schedules.
• Assist and support the team with financial recoveries, establishing team quotes and purchase orders.
• Collaborate and engage with key stakeholders from across the Department and HHSs to ensure the effective delivery of the integrated electronic Medical Record.
