Health Practitioner - Senior (Clinical Trainer) - Queensland Digital Academy

Queensland Digital Academy are seeking multiple permanent Clinical Trainers to provide support and deliver face-to-face digital (ieMR + other applications) training to Medical, Nursing, Midwifery, Allied Health and Administrative staff who work across Metro North health facilities.
We are seeking clinically experienced staff with a passion for teaching with an attention to detail in the review and development of related training materials. You will demonstrate enthusiasm, empathy and the ability to pivot to support Metro North as it undertakes the digital transformation to align with the MN32 vision. Previous training of digital systems or post-graduate educational qualifications would be well regarded.

Digital Metro North (DMN) works collaboratively with Metro North Health (MNH) clinical leads and end users to deliver the digital transformation strategy for Metro North Health. It will ultimately create an integrated digital hospital and healthcare environment across Metro North. In meeting this strategy significant capital works are being undertaken over the next five years that includes hospital construction/refurbishment and the implementation of ieMR Advanced solution across Metro North. Delivering this will require a dedicated team, with the capacity to work across initiatives and domains, with the knowledge, determination, skills and experience to deliver.

Key knowledge, skills and experience
The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrates high-level knowledge and skills in advising other colleagues, management and stakeholders around digital training and adoption.
- Applies clinical judgement in advising and influencing clinical training team to facilitate the optimal and timely delivery of training programs and courses in alignment with set schedules and deliverables.
- Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication skills and professional relationship management to support effective consultation and delivery of outputs.
- Engages in training implementation and adoption activities using multidisciplinary knowledge and skills across multiple clinical care area.
