In this role you will assist hiring managers and the broader ieMR Project in effective resourcing, talent acquisition and human resources duties. Establishing relationships with stakeholders is key, as the project focuses on recruiting a wide variety of staff to support various go-live activities. Digital Metro North (DMN) works collaboratively with clinical leads and end users across Metro North Health to deliver the Digital Metro North Strategy 2018-32. The strategy aims to ultimately deliver an integrated digital hospital and healthcare environment across Metro North by 2032. Over the coming years, significant capital works are being undertaken, including hospital construction and refurbishment and the implementation of the ieMR Advanced solution across all Metro North facilities. Achieving the aims of the strategy requires a dedicated team with the knowledge, determination, and skills to deliver quality results.

Key knowledge and experience

The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Offer a recruitment partner approach to supporting clients with attraction and recruitment, which includes the scheduling of interviews and preparing panel interview packs.
  • Develop and maintain the integrity of spreadsheets, databases, tools, business processes and project documentation to support the efficient and effective delivery of resourcing projects and initiatives across Digital Metro North.
  • Deal carefully with sensitive and confidential issues in the context of the close working relations with internal and external clients and stakeholders.

 About the role

  • Reporting to the Digital Metro North Senior Resourcing Officer – ieMR Project, this role will work directly with all staff across Digital Metro North.
  • Located at Chermside, public transport and daily parking are conveniently located nearby.
  • Flexible working arrangements such as variable working hours, flex accrual and working from home may be supported.
  • Coaching, development, and career progression are available within the broader ieMR Project team.
  • Please note that travel across Metro North facilities may be required.
