In this role you will provide comprehensive support in all rostering activities, including the monitoring of time sheets, across digital go live periods. Digital Metro North (DMN) works collaboratively with clinical leads and end users across Metro North Health to deliver the Digital Metro North Strategy 2018-32. The strategy aims to ultimately deliver an integrated digital hospital and healthcare environment across Metro North by 2032. Over the coming years, significant capital works are being undertaken, including hospital construction and refurbishment and the implementation of the ieMR Advanced solution across all Metro North facilities. Achieving the aims of the strategy requires a dedicated team with the knowledge, determination, and skills to deliver quality results.
Key knowledge and experience
The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Liaise with key stakeholders and provide administrative support to develop and co-ordinate administrative systems, work practices, human resources, and quality activities.
- Undertake the distribution and delivery of the roster in a timely manner.
- The ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, make informed decisions and achieve results including ability to identify, analyse and resolve issues, plan, prioritise and meet frequently challenging and complex issues.
- Undertake human resource duties for multidisciplined staff including rostering and monitoring of time sheets.

- Working directly with the Digital Metro North Leadership and ieMR program Team Leads.
- Located at Bowen Hills, public transport and daily parking are conveniently located nearby.
- Flexible working arrangements such as variable working hours, flex accrual and working from home may be supported.
- Coaching, development, and career progression are available within the broader ieMR Project team.
- Please note that travel across Metro North facilities may be required.
