The role:
Digital Health & and Business Solutions delivers large scale complex ICT projects that enable clinical digital health capability. This includes onboarding the integrated electronic Medical Record (ieMR) across state-wide major hospitals and enhancements to the ieMR; implementing the Cardiovascular Information System (CVIS) and the delivery of the Infrastructure Maintenance Program (IMP) which is uplifting digital hospital ICT infrastructure.

As part of a high performing delivery support  office delivery team, you will be responsible for the coordination, preparation, allocation, proof and tracking of the full range of the Digital Health and Business Solution (DHBS) correspondence and ensuring timeframes, protocols and quality standards are met. You will also provide general administrative and business support to the Senior Director and broader Delivery Support team as required. 

Key responsibilities include:
•    Coordinate and quality assure high volumes of incoming and outgoing correspondence, effectively negotiating with senior management to ensure timeframes are met..
•    Providing advice and guidance on correspondence guidelines.  
•    Allocating and tracking of correspondence requests. 
•    Monitor the Program Management shared mailbox.
•    Support risk and issue identification, by ensuring risks and issues are documented, reviewed, and escalated as appropriate..
•    Assist with other general administrative tasks, as well as providing support to the Senior Director and broader Delivery Support team.
•    Assist with Human Resourcing requirements.
•    Maintain relationships with and between internal and external stakeholders, facilitate effective communications and foster relationships..
•    Utilising a wide range of computer programs and applications and information management systems.
