Hebel State School is seeking an educational leader who has the confidence and skills to foster strong leadership in learning, wellbeing and school improvement. Preferred applicants will have the ability to quickly establish strong relationships with the community, have a degree of self-sufficiency and enjoy a rural lifestyle. This role is offered on a temporary full-time basis commencing 18 May 2026 to 26 June 2026, unless otherwise determined.

About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Lead the school community in shaping and committing to a shared, future-focused vision that prioritises high-quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Demonstrate ethical, values-based leadership while embedding inclusive and socially just practices across the school.
- Establish and maintain high expectations for student achievement and staff performance.
- Engage in ongoing professional learning and apply a strong understanding of relevant legislation and policies.
- Build and sustain strategic partnerships while effectively managing resources to achieve school goals.
