This temporary Head of Special Education Services (H01) position will support students from Prep to Year 10 across a cluster of three schools: Crow’s Nest P-10 State School (base, 40 minutes north of Toowoomba), Geeham State School, and Goombungee State School.
As a key member of the Leadership Team, you will provide leadership and support across the cluster, promote inclusive practices, and build staff capability to deliver high-quality teaching and adjustments for students with disability.

This is a temporary full-time position for 6 months, unless otherwise determined.
About the School
Crow's Nest State School is a P-10 school located in a welcoming regional community, 40 minutes north of Toowoomba. The school works collaboratively with Geeham and Goombungee State Schools to deliver inclusive education, support student wellbeing, and foster strong community partnerships.
About the Role- Provide leadership and support across the cluster of schools
- Promote an inclusive culture and practices within the school community
- Develop and support a high quality of teaching and adjustments for students with a disability
- Support teachers to write and implement Personalised Learning Plans
- Build lasting relationships with families to support student needs within school
- Lead whole school NCCD processes
- Collaboratively lead Professional Learning Teams to implement whole school improvement strategies as outlined through Real Schools to support the social/emotional development of students and school culture
- Lead Student Wellbeing Teams
- Work as a part of the school's Leadership Team to achieve goals and targets as outlined in the AIP
- Manage human, financial, facilities and curriculum resources to achieve goals
