Wyreema State School is seeking a motivated, highly organised Business Manager to join the team on a permanent, full‑time basis. The Business Manager will play an integral role in supporting the school's operations by being solutions focussed, coordinating administrative and financial functions, and contributing to the effective management of school resources. This role is central to ensuring smooth business operations and supporting staff, students, and the wider school community.

Wyreema State School is a growing school, with a vibrant school community in a regional area 15 minutes south of Toowoomba. We pride ourselves on being a caring and supportive team with student achievement and engagement at the centre of all we do.

Your opportunity:

You will work within well-defined guidelines to provide advice and offer solutions to key stakeholders (external and internal) on business related problems (e.g. human resources, finance and facilities management), and have responsibility for autonomously delivering on priorities, seeking expert advice, adapting processes, problem solving and providing solutions according to clear outcomes, with regular guidance by the Principal.
