This is a permanent opportunity for a highly capable instructional leader in a well-regarded regional secondary school.

You will demonstrate strong organisational and management skills, be futures-orientated and innovative.

A level of knowledge and experience with the Australian Curriculum V9 and QCAA Senior Schooling processes will be advantageous.

About the Role

As the Head of Department - The Arts/Senior Schooling, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the school department to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
  • Set high standards for student and staff performance.
