We are seeking a reliable, organised and customer-focused Administrative Officer to provide high-quality administrative support to the Principal, Business Manager, staff, students, parents and community members.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working in a busy school environment, has excellent attention to detail and can confidently manage competing administrative priorities.
This position is being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.60FTE), 43.5 hours per fortnight.

Your opportunity:
Contribute to the effective and efficient administrative management of the school by providing relevant and timely administrative support to the Principal and Business Manager. You will work within existing guidelines to provide basic resolution of problems by reference to established procedure, consulting the Principal or Business Manager for matters that are more complex or non-routine.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Principal and Business Manager.
- Manage reception, phone calls, emails, appointments and general enquiries.
- Maintain accurate student and school records, including enrolments and OneSchool data.
- Support staff administration, including timesheets, leave, rosters and relief arrangements.
- Process payments, receipts, banking, invoices and other day-to-day financial tasks.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, minutes, newsletters, forms and other school documents.
- Communicate professionally with students, parents, staff and community members.
- Assist with school maintenance, safety checks, facility hire and stock management.
- Maintain office resources, equipment, keys, timetables and Blue Card records.
- Provide executive and general administrative support as required.
- Follow school policies, procedures and established processes while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
