Jimbour State School is seeking a Principal who can lead with purpose, foster an inclusive learning environment and support positive outcomes for students, staff and the wider school community.

Jimbour State School is a rural school on the Darling Downs, approximately 15 minutes from Dalby. The school offers a supportive learning environment, excellent facilities and resources, and a broad, flexible curriculum.

About the Role
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Lead the school community in developing and committing to a shared educational vision that promotes quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Uphold ethical, moral and values-based leadership, embedding socially just and inclusive practices into everyday school life.
- Set high expectations for student and staff performance while fostering lifelong learning, professional growth and continuous improvement.
- Build strategic, future-focused partnerships with parents, government agencies, community groups, industry and business to enhance educational opportunities.
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of relevant legislation and educational policies, strategically managing resources to achieve school priorities and goals.
