The role: 

You will be responsible for conducting detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-making processes. This includes maintaining data collection systems, interpreting data, and creating dashboards and reports to communicate findings effectively. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and ensure data integrity through regular audits.

Additionally, you will maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, support the development of data collection processes, and prioritise deliverables in line with team requirements, seeking early direction from management when necessary.

Further duties include:

  • Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-making processes.
  • Interpret data, analyse results, and provide ongoing reports.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data findings effectively.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data audits and validation checks.

Are you right for this role?

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and an ability to coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities. Experience in an IM/ICT project environment, including scheduling, risk management, reporting and budgeting, and an ability to coordinate the delivery of work packages.

Attention to detail is essential, to ensure information reported is correct and consistent with the underlying data and the true project situation.

You will have knowledge of appropriate project management methodologies and ability to provide advice on the use of appropriate project management techniques, methodologies and tools, with Experience in, or the ability to assist with the compilation of program/project information, maintenance of program/project files and the preparation and presentation of management reports.

The preferred candidate will have knowledge of appropriate project management techniques, methodologies (preferably PRINCE2) and tools (Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Power BI and Project Online).
