We are looking for an Operations Specialist - Presentation to join the Enterprise Technology Services on a permanent, full-time basis. The purpose of this role is to provide advanced expert technical advice and support in the establishment and maintenance of a governance and support framework for the relevant technology domains so that defined service levels can be maintained, and advanced technical expertise in the development and support for packaging and deployment of applications to managed end-point devices.

Details of skills, abilities, and experience required for this role are as follows:
- Proven ability to participate in a highly skilled technical team providing high-level technical direction, standardisation and support of enterprise infrastructure in a large customer focused organisation.
- High level understanding and working knowledge of relevant technical domains:
- Windows 10, Windows 11
- Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
- Directory Services (Microsoft Active Directory and Novell eDirectory)
- Active Directory Group Policy administration and configuration
- Application packaging (MSI, application virtualisation, scripting technologies)
- Enterprise printing solutions (Novell iPrint)
- Demonstrated skills in the analysis of IT system issues and the formulation, design and provision of appropriate solutions and improvements.
- High-level communication skills to enable effective interaction in individual and group situations.
- Demonstrated ability or the ability to quickly learn eHealth Queensland's ITIL Service Management processes (primarily incident / problem / change / config management).
Specific Working Conditions:
- While not mandatory, relevant qualifications would be well regarded:
- Participating in on-call arrangements may be a requirement of this position. Appropriate remuneration under the Award will apply.
- This position may be required to work at different sites.
