The role:
As a Training Officer, you will take centre stage in understanding training needs, developing engaging learning materials and user guides, and delivering high-quality training sessions that support the implementation of large-scale IM/ICT projects. Your mission? Equip end users with the skills and confidence they need to embrace new systems and technology.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and provide education and training to support the implementation needs of large scale IM/ICT program/project(s).
- Ensure the required learning outcomes of specified training meets the needs of end users.
- Assist with the development and provision of all learning activities, including the design, creation, packaging and maintenance of materials and resources for use in education and training.
- Support the development of the content and structure of training and education initiatives to meet the implementation needs of program/project(s).
- Facilitate the successful transfer of business and/or technical skills and knowledge to promote the successful adoption of change within the business.
- Maintains relationships with and between internal and external stakeholders, to proactively manage needs, expectations, mitigate risks and support change.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in developing, delivering , and evaluating training for large-scale IM/ICT projects.
- A creative approach to instructional design and an eye for detail developing training materials and user documentation.
- Confident delivery of classroom-based training using a variety of instructional techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you're someone who can build trust, influence, and work collaboratively across teams.
