Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial administrative support to the work unit by undertaking activities associated with procurement, ICT asset and equipment management, software licensing, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable and systems application (SAP/R3).
- Maintain an efficient and effective records management system for assets, equipment and software.
- Provide excellent customer service including preparing quotes by applying effective organisational and communication skills.
How you will be assessed:
- Ability to deliver high quality ICT services to clients of eHealth Queensland, with emphasis on coordinating multiple tasks and working unsupervised.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work in individual or team situations and communicate clear explanations.
- Knowledge of policies and practices relating to asset management, procurement and records management.
Specific Working Conditions:
- It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against the following vaccine preventable diseases during their employment (Health Employment Directive No. 01/16):
- measles, mumps, rubella (MMR)
- varicella (chicken pox)
- pertussis (whooping cough)
- hepatitis B
- Reasonable travel as negotiated may be a requirement of this position.
- An open ‘C' class driver's licence is desirable.
