The Digital Partnership teams provide effective and efficient ICT support services across Queensland and as part of this team this role ensures that effective administrative support, focusing on asset management, is provided to the work unit in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial administrative support to the work unit by undertaking activities associated with procurement, ICT asset and equipment management, software licensing, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable and systems application (SAP/R3).
  • Maintain an efficient and effective records management system for assets, equipment and software.
  • Provide excellent customer service including preparing quotes by applying effective organisational and communication skills.

How you will be assessed:

  • Ability to deliver high quality ICT services to clients of eHealth Queensland, with emphasis on coordinating multiple tasks and working unsupervised.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work in individual or team situations and communicate clear explanations.
  • Knowledge of policies and practices relating to asset management, procurement and records management.

Specific Working Conditions:

  • It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against the following vaccine preventable diseases during their employment (Health Employment Directive No. 01/16):
    • measles, mumps, rubella (MMR)
    • varicella (chicken pox)
    • pertussis (whooping cough)
    • hepatitis B
  • Reasonable travel as negotiated may be a requirement of this position.
  • An open ‘C' class driver's licence is desirable.
