Digital Capital Program (DCP) requires a Principal Business Analyst to lead, manage and undertake the identification, analysis and documentation of customer requirements, project scoping, work packages and requirements gathering, including business process modelling, within a large and complex Information Management (IM)/Information Communication Technology (ICT) environment, ensuring the delivery of valued, integrated and effective business solutions to program/project(s).

The role: 

You will be responsible for assisting with delivery of project activities in a fixed timeframe environment. Participating as a self-motivated, highly organised and effective team member and work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholder groups to achieve the program outcomes. Contributing to the identification and management of digital project risks, and issues by developing timely and relevant written submissions, briefs presentations and information papers.

Assisting with implementing and maintaining adequate systems, processes, registers, records and internal controls to effectively manage, monitor and report on the status of the project milestones and deliverables.

Leading and managing business analysis activities within a large ICT program/projects including requirements gathering, requirements specifications, business process modelling, reference and configuration data gathering, and user workshop facilitation etc. 

Are you right for this role?

To be successful in this role, you must have demonstrated experience leading and managing business analysis activities within IM/ICT projects preferably in the health care industry.

You will also have proven experience in stakeholder relationship management skills including the ability to influence key stakeholders and build relationships with senior management, technical specialists and clinicians.

You will have demonstrated experience leading business process modelling activities for large scale complex organisations, preferably using Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN).

You will have a high level knowledge and application of, appropriate business analysis frameworks, and an ability to promote and provide advice on use of appropriate techniques, methodologies and tools, preferably aligned with Business Analysis Body of Knowledge Version 2.0 (BABOK).
