This role will be delivering on the program, within a geographical area, and will be engaging with the statewide Project Lead and other coordinators across the state to deliver on the statewide outcomes.
This role will be required to coordinate staff, engage with customers, and handle escalation of delivery or technical issues related to the
delivery of the program.
The workstation replacement (WSR) program performs the replacement of computing devices to improve performance and reduce interruption to clinical and non-clinical staff working within Queensland Health.
What you'll do
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Provide excellent customer service by applying effective organisational and communication skills with an ability to negotiate, advise and work collaboratively with others to reach decisions.
- Provide timely support to clients by conducting investigation and diagnosis of incidents and providing eHealth incident management processes to ensure agreed Service Levels are maintained.
- Engagement and reporting to the statewide project lead and collaboration with other Deployment coordinators to deliver the statewide program of work.
- Engagement with the Operational DPT as part of the local WSR activity ensuring a collaborative outcome considering operational activities within the customer environment.
About you
We are searching for someone who:
- Experience and ability to deliver high quality ICT support to clients, with an emphasis on managing workloads, prioritising tasks and working unsupervised.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve ICT related problems within defined Service Level Agreements.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and personal qualities that facilitate the development of good working relationships, including supervising/mentoring of junior staff, and enhance the provision of quality client service in a team environment.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills that enable the creation and/or maintenance of system documentation, work instructions and technical reports for management.
- Demonstrated ability or the ability to quickly learn ServiceNow and ITIL Service Management processes (primarily request / CMDB / asset management).
