The Digital Enablement team are seeking two experienced Principal Business Analysts with strong stakeholder management experience. This role will identify, analyse, and document current state and future state business processes and requirements within a large Information Management (IM)/Information Communication Technology (ICT) environment. This will ensure the delivery of valued, integrated, and effective business solutions.

The role:

Reporting to the Patient Administration Data Platform (PADP) Project Manager within the Digitally Enabled Business Solutions unit, you will work closely with delivery teams, practice managers, support teams and subject matter experts to build a modern cloud-based business intelligence solution.

As a Principal Business Analyst, you will play an integral role in the delivery of the PADP which will support a contemporary datastore environment and reporting and analytics solution for Queensland Health patient administration data which in turn will support modernised healthcare processes and improved integrated care.

These roles will be responsible for engaging and communicating effectively with stakeholders at every level (Director, Data Manager, Team Lead, Clinicians and end users) when required to make sure a complete implicit understanding of the business is known. Additionally, you will contribute to an effective customer focused team and work collaboratively to initiate, influence, and maintain relationships between internal and external stakeholders.

You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and real-world clinical and administrative applications, translating complex data requirements into clear, practical solutions that drive informed decision-making across Queensland Health.
