The role:  

The Principal Benefits Analyst role supports the Manager, Benefits Management to provide portfolio, program and project benefits management support to a delivery portfolio of approximately 141 ICT initiatives governed, managed and reported within the Delivery Services Branch, eHealth Queensland. More broadly, the role will also be involved in continual process improvement, dashboard report development using PowerBI and capability improvement activities.

Is this opportunity for you?

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing benefits management activities within IM/ICT clinical and infrastructure programs and projects, preferably within the public healthcare industry.
  • Applied knowledge of APMG-International's Managing Benefits methodology, and experience to identify, quantify, analyse, plan, track, realise, and optimise benefits.
  • Proven expertise in SharePoint and Power BI, including experience developing dynamic portfolio dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Proven experience working effectively in multi-disciplinary teams, building productive relationships with team members and stakeholders, and mentoring program and project managers within the Delivery Services Branch.
  • Proven skills in consultation, facilitation, and both written and oral communication, tailored for use in a complex ICT project environment.
