The role:
Reporting directly to the Senior Director, this essential role operates in a dynamic, demanding, and complex environment and is required to support a high volume of both proactive and reactive requests while providing timely, thorough, and accurate advice, and coordination of the delivery of complex ICT program/projects activities including administrative, financial, human resource and business management services.
The Digitally Enabled Business Solutions team is seeking a Senior Delivery Support Officer with a can-do attitude to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, solution-focused professional to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment.
A key focus of the role is supporting projects and executive correspondence, with responsibility for drafting high-quality written materials, including detailed reports, briefing notes, project updates, business cases, and formal correspondence—all of which require exceptional attention to detail and clarity.
In addition, you will play a vital role in supporting the coordination and delivery of complex ICT programs and projects, supporting business operations through the effective management of administrative, financial, human resource, and governance functions.

To secure this role you will have a proven track record in providing sensitive, confidential, and complex support to Executive Management within large complex public sector organisations. You will demonstrate knowledge and ability to work within financial and human resource legislative requirements and use of the supporting budget, HR, and payroll systems within large complex public-sector organisations.
Additionally, you will display:
- Proven effective consultative, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills appropriate for an environment of change.
- Demonstrated excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills.
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple activities and projects with conflicting timeframes.
- Demonstrated experience in writing, reviewing, and managing a range of documents, including project briefs and reports, with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience working within financial and human resource legislative requirements, including the use of supporting budget, HR, and payroll systems within large, complex public-sector organisations.
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, resolve problems, and work autonomously to achieve organisational goals.
- High-level analytical skills, including the ability to interpret and analyse policy, develop solutions to complex problems, and provide high-quality advice.
