The successful candidate will design and improve methodologies to ensure systems can be migrated from a development environment through to implementation within quality assurance guidelines.
Role responsibilities:
- Ensure the implementation of quality contemporary testing methods to align with best practice ICT testing frameworks which encompasses strategies, policies, processes, templates, tools and standards. This will include testing in agile projects and use of test automation tools.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of testing and relevant technical domains and provide sound advice and recommendations on any aspect of test planning and execution.
- Review technical and business design requirement and identifies alternative solutions.
- Defines risk based and requirements-based testing scope to ensure solution is fit for purpose.
You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge and experience. Within the context of the responsibilities described above under ‘Key Responsibilities', the ideal applicant will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated experience in the development of project test strategies, test products and test cases and ensuring compliance to testing and technical policies, standards and procedures within a large, complex IM/ICT program/project(s) environment. (SFIA Skill: TEST: Level 4)
- Demonstrated experience in testing, including experience with contemporary testing methodologies and tools for large, complex IM/ICT program/project(s). (SFIA Skill: TEST: Level 4)
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of, or ability to acquire knowledge of (SFIA: SINT Level 3):
- Health application integration standards (HL7 v2.3-v2.5)
Specific Working Conditions:
- The successful candidate will be required to work onsite as part of any flexible working agreement.
