As a Project Officer you will provide administrative and correspondence support to the Manager and Senior Director, Engagement and Monitoring, First Nations Health Office. Responsibilities will encompass managing emails and workflows, dealing with sensitive and confidential matters, and following up on actions. You will undertake and participate in designated project and continuous improvement activities for effective and efficient management of the Strategic Projects team in Engagement and Monitoring. Additionally, you will develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, address concerns, and resolve inquiries.

Role fit:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary record management systems for correspondence processes such as Content Manager.
  • High level organisational skills with proven ability to influence and organise a diverse group in order to achieve set objectives and goals.
  • Strong written communication skills including the ability to prepare high quality documentation, accurate reports and project communications.
