Lakeland State School is seeking a passionate, resilient Primary Teacher to join our small and supportive school community. This flexible role can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis (fraction negotiable) and is located in Lakeland, a remote community in Far North Queensland's southern Cape region.
Just one hour from Cooktown and three hours from Cairns via sealed roads, this unique opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the lifestyle and rewards of remote teaching. The successful applicant will most likely teach our Year 3-6 composite class, so experience in, or a willingness to work within, a multi-age classroom environment will be highly regarded.
