The Principal Project Officer works with broad direction on tasks that are of a complex or specific nature within the Local Support Team. You will be experienced in working with a project team and play a critical role in supporting the work of the region and the School Supervisors of the Partnership Initiative schools in Far North Queensland Region.

Responsibilities Include:
As the Principal Project Officer, you will:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic and innovative initiatives focused on a range of products, services and activities within the scope of the project to meet departmental goals.
- Provide strategic policy and proactive planning advice on specific issues relating to the various projects and initiatives being undertaken by the unit.
