About the Role

As Deputy Principal, you will support the Principal in leading the school community to achieve quality learning outcomes for every student. This includes shaping and promoting a shared educational vision, upholding high standards for staff and students, and modelling ethical and values-based leadership.

You will deputise for the Principal when required and play a key role in driving inclusive practices, building strong partnerships with families and community, and leading school-wide improvement initiatives. The role requires a strategic mindset, sound understanding of legislation and policy, and effective resource management.

A commitment to lifelong learning, professional growth, and future-focused leadership is essential.
