Bentley Park College is seeking dedicated teacher aides to support students with learning difficulties in a warm, inclusive environment. You will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support, helping students build confidence and achieve their learning goals. There are three positions available in the Secondary School. About The Role  

 As a Teacher Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of quality education by assisting teachers in the preparation and enhancement of learning materials and classroom activities. Your contribution will help create an engaging and supportive learning environment for all students.

We are currently offering the following positions:

  • 1 x Temporary Part-time (0.63 FTE) - 48 hours per fortnight
  • 1 x Temporary Part-time (0.47 FTE) - 36 hours per fortnight, unless otherwise determined
  • 1 x Permanent Part-time (0.47FTE) - 36 hours per fortnight, unless otherwise determined

Your Responsibilities 

As the Teacher Aide, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:  

  • Assisting teachers and students with sporting activities and with school excursions.
  • Assisting with the management and stocktaking of equipment and resources.
  • Communicating effectively and displaying high level of interpersonal skills to function as an effective team member.
