Western Cape College - Weipa Primary Campus is seeking a capable, collaborative, and adaptable Deputy Principal to join the leadership team from 8 September 2025 to 2 April 2026 (unless otherwise determined).

About Western Cape College

Western Cape College is a unique state school with two campuses—Mapoon (P-6) and Weipa (P-12)—plus a secondary residential facility in Weipa. Each campus is set within its own rich cultural, social and geographical context across the vast Cape York Peninsula in Far North Queensland.

About the Role

As a key member of the Primary leadership team, the Deputy Principal drives improvement in teaching and learning, overseeing curriculum, moderation, and student case management. You will directly manage teachers and support staff.
