The Far North Queensland Regional Office is seeking two temporary full-time AO3 Executive Services Officers until the end of the year. These roles present a great opportunity to support key regional initiatives and contribute to
the delivery of high-quality services across the region.
One Executive Services Officer will support the rollout of the Rapid Support Squad within the broader Student Services Directorate. The second Executive Services Officer will provide support to the School Supervisor and the
broader Regional Services Directorate.

About the Role
The Executive Services Officer Role will include the below duties
- Oversee the co-ordination of the team movements, schedule appointments, coordinate and organise meetings, conferences, professional development for staff, room bookings and functions, take minutes of meetings and distribute to attendees and manage the provision of administrative and secretarial support to conference and workshops as required.
- Coordinate the provision of administrative and executive support to conferences and meetings, including organising room bookings and registrations.
- Maintain and enhance administrative systems, processes and data collation to maximise the effectiveness of team services.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the team, including word processing, data base and spread sheet applications and produce advanced desktop published documents. Use databases to process information and produce reports.
- Purchase various items for staff using corporate card, follow up of any purchases and maintain all associated paperwork for reconciliation of statements.
- Other duties will include those outlined in the attached role description
