About the Role
As the Principal, you will lead with purpose and vision, delivering on the strategic priorities of the Department to drive improved educational outcomes for all students. You will play a key role in developing and sustaining high-quality teaching and learning practices, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Central to your leadership will be the ability to build and nurture strong, positive relationships with students, staff, families, and the wider community, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where every student can thrive.
Your Responsibilities
As the Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Uphold the principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
