Step Into Your Next Chapter:
As Business Managers you will work together to provide strategic and operational service delivery each with different focus areas grouped as:
• Finance
• Enrolments
• Infrastructure/Human Resource/Work Health and Safety
Responsibilities Include:
• Provide leadership and oversight across key areas including finance, student enrolments, infrastructure, human resources, and workplace health and safety.
• Undertake the day-to-day supervision and management of school support staff, including monitoring workloads and performance.
• Identify workforce capability requirements and role model high performance standards.
• Support the identification of professional learning needs and staff development priorities, in consultation with the AO7 Business Manager.
