What We're Looking For:

  • Teaching competence and strong curriculum leadership skills that drive improved learning outcomes.
  • A strong understanding of the senior schooling phase of learning, specifically QCAA, VET and SAT.
  • High-level interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a collaborative, supportive and high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Proven capacity to manage resources effectively to achieve organisational and educational objectives.
  • A commitment to upholding and modelling ethical behaviour, professionalism, and departmental values.
